Sorry to warn you, but after Disney release the short series of ice age called "Ice Age Scrat Tales" it's easy to say that Scrat is still own by Disney and not Ivy.
Note: I'm not say that your art is bad, which I will say that your art here is pretty great, it's just a correction of that rumor a long time ago that at the time when happen Disney shutdown Blue Sky Studios.
